Greetings! Your elected Board constantly seek and discuss ways to bolster our investment, secure income from outside sources and cut costs while maintaining and systematically upgrading the property. This process has minimized increases to a very bare minimum.
As a part of economizing, since 2013 our printed Newsletters have been produced digitally on our own website www.590-Owners.com (that’s a zero dash ohh). Once you join, you can advance beyond the public HOME Page, to all updates, newsletters, forums, blogs and everything 590. This is where we have always welcomed all respectful contribution of suggestions and comments. Many utilize this method.
Please remember, the Board are VOLUNTEERS, so ALL requests for service and complaints must be documented to your Management, WPMGInc.com or MAXX on the triplicate Form provided in the basement (you should keep one). Your elected 5 Board members live at 590 with you, pay maintenance (and when the elevator is not operating, we must walk steps too - call Management ASAP).
If you are interested in joining your elected 590 Board of Directors, know that we are volunteers of our time and efforts, there are no other perks, you must be a resident Owner consistently in good standing and fill out the information below OR notify the Board by email at “email@example.com". Board Member elections are held at our Annual Shareholders Meeting (held within the first 3 months of every year - still virtual).
